The end of the Kali Yuga in 2025 will be a significant event that will influence everyone’s health and well-being. Many people will fall prey to negative projections and patterns or allow their life vibration to shift into negative territory as toxic patriarchal institutions begin to crumble. We can see some of the effects of this cosmic shift already; democracy is under threat in many countries, wars in Gaza and Ukraine are killing thousands of non-combatants, and norms that controlled the worst human impulses are violated daily. All this is taking place as a conflict that has raged on the subtle planes for millennia between interdimensional beings comes to a conclusion. Like the combatants, humans are interdimensional beings, and like them, humans radiate consciousness, energy, and etheric matter when they interact with other sentient beings.
The conflict I’m referring to pits the Seed People, who genetically engineered our ancestors to be vehicles for advanced souls, and fallen races of interdimensional beings who introduced Self-limiting core values to our ancestors.
The Seed People used their advanced technology and the life-affirming consciousness, energy, and etheric matter they radiated in abundance to maintain the spiritual and ethical integrity of humanity whose evolution they’d advanced. They were successful for at least the first three epochs of human history, the Satya, Treta, and Dvapara yugas. But all this changed with the onset of the Kali yuga approximately five thousand years ago when another group of interdimensional beings who claimed to be Gods arrived on Earth.
To understand what happened next, it’s important to recognize that, no matter how advanced a society of interdimensional beings has become, it’s still subject to the ongoing drama Shakti created to entertain her consort, Shiva. Over time, some of the planets the Seed people colonized, before arriving on Earth, fell prey to negative projections of non-physical beings and distorted fields that made the field of maya more toxic. This created toxic beings with patriarchal core values. When these fallen beings arrived on Earth, they exploited the planets resources and created patriarchal societies that have dominated human history throughout the Kali yuga.
Although patriarchal societies may differ in their outward appearance, they subscribe to many of the same core values, including male privilege and the belief that men, not women, have the right to control the decision-making process and receive the greatest benefits from society.
Conflict between people who retained the life-affirming core values they inherited from the Seed people and those with Self-limiting core values who supported patriarchal institutions became inevitable. Unfortunately, after centuries of war, oppression, and destruction, the self-limiting consciousness, energy, and etheric matter that supports patriarchal cultures has polluted humanity’s collective field, the subtle field that surrounds us, interpenetrates us, and connects us to one another.
We all participate in this field, which means we influence one another indirectly when we radiate consciousness, energy, and etheric matter into the collective field or directly when we project thoughts, emotions, and feelings at one another.
Not all projections are life-affirming; some are toxic and strong enough to block the flow of energy through a target’s subtle field. It’s the sudden restriction of life-affirming energy that is the direct cause of a panic attack.
The Real Cause of a Panic Attack
What I’m suggesting in this article is that patriarchal cultures create fertile ground for panic attacks and that the root causes of panic attacks are negative projections from non-physical beings and toxic people.
It’s important to note that, depending on their disposition towards humanity and their complexity, non-physical beings can suck vital energy from a person’s subtle field. They can badger a person with anti-Self feelings and ideas, and in the worst case scenario, they can violate a person’s subtle field and take control of vital elements of their soul and spirit.
Negative projections explains how one person can influence another person’s physical and psychological health, how autocrats can compel people to ignore their humanity and do what they’re told, and how negative projections can cause a panic attack.
The Prognosis of a Panic Attack
Several theories have been put forward by orthodox researchers to explain why people have panic attacks. None takes into consideration the influence of the Kali yuga, projections by non-physical beings, and toxic fields of consciousness, energy, and subtle matter. Their myopic world view explains why researchers still don’t know what causes a panic attack. Nonetheless, they suggest without evidence that genetics, sensitivity, or changes in brain function may play a role.
Although they don’t know what causes a panic attack, some researchers suggest that the body's natural fight-or-flight response to danger is involved. But there is no evidence to back this up. Other researchers suggest that a family history of panic attacks or a traumatic event, such as the death of a loved one or a physical attack, can trigger a panic attack. But there is no credible cause-and-effect relationship between any of these factors and a panic attack.
Although they may be able to describe what a panic attack looks like, orthodox researchers still don’t know why someone can have a panic attack when there's no obvious danger present.
What they haven’t recognized is that cause-and-effect relationships connect the physical-material world to the subtle dimensions of consciousness, energy, and etheric matter. This means that you don’t need to be attacked or threatened by a predator on the physical-material plane to be in danger. You can be in danger of losing your Self, losing your ability to experience intimacy, or your ability to express your emotions and feelings if you’re attacked or threatened on the subtle dimensions.
The Process of Mitigation
While it’s true that orthodox medicine has little to offer people who suffer from panic attacks, there are ways to mitigate their effects and even prevent them. Mitigation and prevention require a person to have a subtle field that is stable, spacious, and quiet.
To remain stable, your subtle field must remain free from attachments to people and non-physical beings for good reason: Any sentient being on any dimensions that has become attached to you can interfere with your ability to sense your Self and express yourself freely. They can also project self-limiting thoughts, ideas, attitudes, emotions, and feelings directly into your mind and subtle field. Intrusions such as these move erratically and unpredictably, which is why they create enough confusion and chaos to cause a panic attack.
Having a spacious subtle field is essential because without it suffering – the ubiquitous symptom of mental disease – is inevitable. Space can be found in your auric fields, dantians, domains and their associated cavities, chakra fields, and resource fields. Space can also be found in the vehicles of consciousness, energy, and etheric matter that make contact with other sentient beings. However, an accumulation of toxic fields, attachments, and self-limiting projections can limit the space you have in your subtle field.
A lack of internal space can lead to a panic attack because it can interfere with Self-awareness and prevent you from expressing your Self freely.
The authentic mind, when functioning as designed, is silent. It observes till it knows and gains knowledge through insight, intuition, and discernment. A barrage of negative projections from people and non-physical beings can lead to a panic attack by continually badgering someone with anti-Self thoughts and feelings.
Researchers still don’t know why some people are more prone to panic attacks than others. However, it’s clear from my work on the subtle levels that patriarchal societies, karmic blockages, and toxic projections are responsible for the energetic disruptions associated with anxiety, burn out, and panic attacks.
You Can Overcome a Panic Attack
Many of the exercises and outdoor activities that help to prevent or mitigate the effects of burn out will also prevent or mitigate the effects of a panic attack. Jogging is one of these activities. When practiced long enough, jogging releases endorphins which can produce a state of euphoria similar to states produced during meditation and chanting. Many other outdoor activities will have the same effect including swimming skiing, windsurfing, kayaking, and mountain biking.
If you can’t participate in any of these activities, you can still mitigate the effects of a panic attack by doing the following three things. Begin by taking a shower with cool water. A shower will surround you with negative ions which are created in nature as air molecules break apart due to sunlight. They’re odorless, tasteless, and invisible molecules that we inhale in abundance in certain environments. Think mountains, waterfalls, and beaches. Once they reach our bloodstream, they produce biochemical reactions that increase levels of the mood enhancing chemical serotonin.
After you’ve showered, sit down in a comfortable position and perform the Panic Relief Mudra for at least five minutes. You will learn to perform the mudra in the following text. Then hold the mudra while you chant ohm from your third chakra field (solar plexus). Continue until an inner state of calm has been restored.
The Panic Relief Mudra
To perform the panic relief mudra, bring the tip of your tongue to the point where the back of your upper teeth and gum meet. Continue by bringing the tips of your thumps together. Bring your middle fingers together at the first joint and have them touch the soft pads of your thumbs. Bring the tips of your index fingers together, the tips of your ring fingers together, and the tips of your pinkies together, then hold.
